  • Subscriptions on the same annual plan and the same account will have the minutes pooled. Galaxy 120 does not include pooling.
  • Unused airtime will not be rolled over to the next billing cycle.

Personal

  • No Contract. No Credit Check.
  • The ability to control costs, while having the flexibility to easily upload more minutes before expiration of card.
  • The ability to roam, free of charge, across the Globalstar North American and European Home Zones.
  • Data service available within home zone.
  • The ability to receive incoming calls is included.

*Card expires 30 days, 6 months or 12 months (depending on card purchased – see above) after personal Prepaid PIN is used or applied to your Globalstar phone.

Additional Information
  • Voice calls will be billed first minute then 60 second increments for all prepaid calls within Home Zone.
  • Roaming not available outside Prepaid Home Zone.
  • Long Distance: 1 minute deducted from airtime bundle for calls from the Home Zone to countries outside the Home Zone.
  • Data calls will be included and billed in 60 second increments. (Only available for Personal prepaid.)
  • Globalstar Shared prepaid service can be used with any active Prepaid OR Postpaid Globalstar IS-41 phone (GSP-1700, GSP 1600, GSP-2900)
  • Incoming calls and data not available with Shared Prepaid.
  • Unused airtime will not be rolled over unless a customer recharges within the original minute expiry period, then remaining minutes will be extended to the new minute expiry date.
  • Pooling is not available with prepaid.
  • Globalstar is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
  • Airtime recharges and customer support is available by dialing *611 on a Globalstar phone: Monday – Friday from 8 AM to Midnight North American EST
  • To avoid phone deactivation, customer must re-charge their account within 12 months following the minute expiry date.
  • Once a card expires, customers have 90 days to reload their card and avoid paying a $50 reactivation fee.

 

Shared

  • No contract. No credit check.
  • The ability to control costs, while having the flexibility to easily upload more minutes before expiration of card.
  • A customer can use another customer’s Globalstar phone to make a Prepaid call. (Incoming calls are not available.)
  • Allows multiple users on one Globalstar phone with separately billed accounts.
  • Easy to share a satellite phone for crews on boats, oil rigs, forestry/mining operations, remote construction sites.
  • Great for managing customer use for lodges, fishing and hunting camps.
